A wide variety of end products
In addition to food makers, many companies producing health, medicinal, and beauty products in Japan are using our seasonings and functional ingredients as raw materials to create and market a broad range of goods. The illustration shows examples of such product applications.
A truly eclectic family of products is being fashioned from our seasonings and processed dried foods. It encompasses many items such as instant bouillon, various types of soup stocks for noodles, instant noodles, frozen foods, kanikamaboko (faux crab), sweets, snack foods, furikake (fish flour), and ochazuke (a kind of rice soup) mixes.
Various types of supplements and functional beverages, cosmetics, and diagnostic drugs are made from our functional food ingredients. Recently, we also began to produce nutritious foods for medical use.
