YSK in pursuit of "Good Taste & Good Health"

Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry (“YSK”) is committed to the manufacture of pure, delicious and healthy seasonings, focusing on the use of natural ingredients. YSK has, through its research activities, also achieved significant results in the establishment of new manufacturing methods by extracting, from natural resources, materials essential for human life. The product range extends from a variety of natural seasonings to functional ingredients used in the health, medical and beauty fields.

YSK primary objective is to improve the diet and health of people and to make dining an enjoyable experience. YSK is committed to pursuing “Good Taste, Good Health” in the natural-ingredients field.

1977	Graduated from Fermentation Technology Division, School of Engineering, Osaka University, and joined YSK
1991	Senior Manager of R&D Division 2 Received PhD in the science of fisheries (Title of the paper: Study of the effective use of chitin/chitosan)
1997	Member of the Board; R&D Director
2003	Representative Director & President
